Flipkart.com - Got Tampered product

Actually this issue is regarding the mobile we've ordered through flip-kart on **th of this month. ( OD****************** )
We received it on Saturday. When we opened it the seal tampered. As everyone knows that seal tampered product shouldn't be accepted we also did the same. We asked for the replacement.
But the return request was rejected by the flip kart people. Regarding this issue we talked about** times to customer service.
We also talked to senior executives and raised one more return request on ** th October this month.
Surprisingly the response was same that the return request was rejected again.
Why the hell should we suffer because of this people. I've been living without phone since the * days i sold my phone . Why the hell should i suffer after buying *****/- product?
I want to mention * points here:

Is asking for a replacement of product when we got a seal tampered product wrong?
It is not our mistake but sellers. Why did the vendor willing send us the tampered product?
Flipkart people rejected our return request * times without reading the full mail we sent we have send images to flipkart. How ridiculous of them. Why do they even work when they can't even read a ticket fully.? Is that to make customers,like us to suffer?
Why should we suffer for seller known mistake.
