I had ordered 'Honer *c' mobile from amazon app on dated **th March **** and I received the package on ** March ****. When I unboxed it I found instead of a mobile phone, which I have ordered, two bars of Ghari shop in the box. The order was of Rs *,***.**. At the time of unboxing, I had also captured the video. I complaint same to Amazon customer care services and got a response from them that they will look on the matter and get back to me by **th March ****. After too many follow up today I have got a response from them. They are not responsible for any missing product. I am attaching the related documents for your reference. Please look into this matter and help me to get me justice.
