I ordered a product in July **** but received a defective product. They didn’t gave any chance to replacement or warranty on the product but it is shown as eligible for * days replacement policy and * year warranty. I made my purchase using pay later option. Now, my cibil score has been decreased to very low level. I continuously contacted Flipkart but didn’t find any resolution till date. Now, I am not even able to request for the call back option. Even they are not responding to my mails. I am unable to apply for any loans and credit cards due to this issue. I even lost my hopes on it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
