Jawed Habib - Got my hair damaged after rebonding at Habib salon and they are not responding for my compensation.

I got my hair rebonding from jawed habib,kutchary,Ranchi on **th june ****.But after *-* days my hair started bending and they dont look straight and smooth. I went again there but they gave some reasons like give us time and there is no bend in the hair etc etc etc. And after * week my hair started falling like hell and they looks so damaged and ugly. I feel i just wasted my money at jawed habib and lost my hair's health.It is totally damaged now.
The service provider are so insensitive that they cant provide a single spa for free to compensate my loss and to repair my hair. They ask for money everytime i go there.This is so pathetic and mean.I have paid Rs ****(Rs ****+Rs ****) there till date and not at all satisfied with my hairs. They just screwed my hair badly.Its not always about the money its about the faith and trust on the brand name but these people are breaching innocent people trust by providing poorest service and making money out of that.

I want my hair to be healthy again as it was before rebonding and want a compensation for my hair loss. They took my money and hair both in the name of jawed habib.This is so bad and disheartening. I would never suggest anybody to go to jawed habib. I really had the worst experience there in my whole life.
Earlier they said they will again do my rebonding after * months but when i called them for appointment the manager again started asking for money. She said you have to pay the product price then only we can do your rebonding. Then my mom yelled at her that you damaged my daughter's hair and instead of repairing them and compensating for it,again and again you are asking for money. Then at the end she was like ok we will do it without any payment.
Then she gave us a date, we went there and the senior hairdresser over there said that we cant apply chemicals on your now as excessive chemicals were used last time during the treatment and their is breakage in your hairs. I was totally hopeless at that moment that these guys played with my hair and instead of repairing and providing spa for free they are asking for money.
Then i asked for free spa then the manager denied it and then we ended up with an ugly arguement. Meanwhile one of there staff was making our videos in her personal phone and seriously this behaviour was pathetic.
Then i talked to the owner Nikita singh and asked her for refund and she was like after * months we cant refund you and started giving me reasons then i said few days are left yet to complete * months and then i sent her the bill image and she was like i asked the company for refund and told the whole story but i am not sure whether they will refund you or not.Its totally on them.
I mean like she is totally lackadaisical about my issue and damage.
I even mailed jawed habib customer care but they didn't replied.
