Jawed Habib - Bad hair treatment

I had taken a keratin hair treatment on **th of February, at your Javed Habib Salon, Blue Ridge, Hinjawadi, Pune.

I had asked for a totally different hair color highlights along with global color and keratin.
It was a too bad service provided. Repeated highlights were done, atleast four times. Ideally they should have done a full global and then highlight. But just to save the work, they applied highlights and global together. Post that repeatedly they tried to give proper highlights but no use.

Keratin treatment was done badly. My hairs takes the shape how I tie them, frizzy, severe hair fall, rough, unmanageable, and with lots of tangles.

It's a total waste of time and * thousand rupees. They gave me discount and post this mess they reduced *** more. Now they are saying that since color wasn't good, hence we gave discount.

See the attached pictures. What I asked and what color they gave. And what hairs are now. It's a total mess. Now they are saying that color is good. But it wasn't what I asked for. I had asked from the attached picture but since they tried to avoid global they never got that highlights. Plus it's total red look now. I want to lodge a complaint against them.
