I recently ordered a front load washing machine from Flipkart, and I was incredibly disappointed to find that the product was defective. Upon delivery, I thought the issue might be a design choice, but during the product installation, the installation engineer confirmed that the machine was indeed defective.
I immediately contacted Flipkart customer service to request a replacement or refund, and they offered me refund initially. However, after keeping me in loop for ** days after delivery, they have now denied me both refund and return. I am appalled by Flipkart's lack of customer service and their willingness to sell defective products to their customers.
