All Eyes Over Here - Got cheated by a company on Instagram

I'd ordered * dresses from the Instagram page of "all eyes over here" on *nd July, ****. The very next day of receiving the package, I informed them that the material was of cheap quality, the dresses did not match the pictures shown in their profile and also that I was allergic to such material. I didn't get any response from them. I was not informed about the returns / exchange policy when I first contacted them, neither was anything mentioned about returns or exchanges in their bio. I told them I'd like a refund because the quality is really bad but I didn't get a response. I kept calling them but they never answered or returned my calls. I kept messaging them asking them for their address for the return but to no avail. Then on, **th July, they responded saying that they don't have a return policy but I can exchange the items for something else. I settled for the exchange so that my money wouldn't go waste. They sent me their exchange policy and said that I'd passed the period of exchange. I told them the exchange policy was not shared with me earlier, nor did I get any response from them in spite of the constant following up from my end. This is their exchange policy:-
We have an easy exchange procedure *. Ship the old product back within three days once you received *. Send us a courier receipt of the product sent *. Select the exchange outfit of the same price or higher price *. ₹***/- A’s shipping charges of the new dress need to be paid via bank *. And you’ll get your dress within *-* working days of the shipping paid date.
I told them I will not pay for shipping twice, once for returning the initial order and once again for the new order. They said I'll have to pay it. I told them I won't and they stopped responding again. It's been over * months since I've been following up with them, but to no avail. I feel like I've wasted my money. Honestly, I'd like to get my money back rather than settling for an exchange or a credit note. Please help! I have attached a PDF of the entire conversation I had with people from all eyes over here.
