I PURCHASED A LAPTOP OF AVITA COMPANY AND TILL THE DATE I PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP I STARTED GETTING PROBLEMS IN IT I TRIED CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT FIRST FEW MONTHS I GOT MY RESPONSE BUT WHEN EVER ANY TECHNICIAN COMES FROM AVITA SIDE AND TRIES TO FIX MY PROBLEM HE ENDS UP GIVING ME A NEW PROBLEM AND NOW EVEN COMPANIES STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE CALLS AND REPLYING TO ALL THE MAILS AND MESSAGES I AM DONE WITH IT INFANT I HAVE TRAVELLED TO * STATES AND * CITIES BUT MY ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED YET AND EVEN THE Behavior OF SERVICE STAFF WAS VERY BAD MY MONEY IS TOTALLY WASTED PLZZZ HELP ME SIR I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS INCLUDING THE VIDEO OF ME VISITING THE SERVICE CENTER AND PHOTGRAPHS OF THE SERVICE RECEVING AND EVERY THING MY STUDDIE ARE GETTING DISTURBED I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED NOW I HAVE BEEN FACING THIS PROBLEM SINCE * YEAR AND ABOUT * MONTHS AGO I GOT MY MOTHERBORAD AND BATTERY CHANGED BY AVITA COMPANY ITSELF BUT THEY PUTTED ONE MORE ERROR IN MY LAPTOP AND I ASKED THEM TO FIX IT AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM BUT AFTER THAT THEY STOPPED ANSWERING TO MY CALLS AND MY MSG SIR PLZZZZZ HELP MY LAPTOP IS NOT WORKING BECAUSE OF THAT ERROR IT KEEPS ON TURNIG OFF AND SHOWING SOME BIOS ERROR AND IT SHUTS DOWN AUTOMATICALLY PLZZZZZZ HELP
