I had paid to Bharat gas on ** January **** through google pay and payment was a failure at the Bharat gas site. Neither google pay returned my amount nor Bharat gas. I had raised the issue at Bharat gas portal but they denied and said to approach to google pay.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
