I took an ola cab on **th july and the amount was paid from google pay. The amount was deducted from my account and showed successful but ola cabs didn't received any money. I contacted ola cabs and they confirmed the same that they haven't got any money from google pay. Now when i am complaining against them they are telling me to go to ola cabs. Clearly it was job of google pay to pay the money to ola cabs but they didn't and are now just taking me to a toss in the air.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
