I have tried to purchase gold from goooglepay's gold locker on *rd July ****for *** rs. The transaction status showed failed. But the money got debited from my bank and didn't get credited in the specified time.
I tried to do the purchase on *th July **** with ***rs with different bank account. But money got debited and never got credited.
My ticket is still open on this issue. No one is addressing it. Initially in the chat they promised ,it is been highlighted and will be resolved in a week. But nothing happened. Later they don't even respond in chat. I need my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
