ON OCT **TH **** WE PLACED AN ORDER AT KANNAN CRACKERS SIVAKASI TO PURCHASE SOME CRACKERS WORTH RS.****.**. WE SENT RECEIPT THROUGH EMAIL AND CALLED THEM OVER PHONE TO CONFIRM THE PAYMENT. THEY SAID THAT THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK. BUT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE GOODS TILL NOW. WE WERE TRYING TO REACH THEM OVER PHONE BUT THEY ARE NOT PICKING. WE WANT OUR MONEY TO BE REFUNDED AT THE EARLIEST. PLEASE DO US THE NEEDFULL.
