Limainla Jamit filed complaint against Tatacliq on Nov 4, 2021
Ordered goods on *th oct and still not received. And now they are saying that I provided the wrong address when I provided them the correct address. Other courier services they deliver on time and this tatacliq ecommerce is the worst courier I should say. I didn't make the payment as I did Cash on delivery. And now they are asking me to re order which I will not do. Kindly deliver the goods which I have ordered. The complaint management team sent me an email stating that they are closing the case and they cannot investigate further which is really irritating and frustrating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
