*. GoMechanic took my car. They did a very good service job. But damaged my * important parts. These parts which were working very fine and no mention of it is not working is stated in the Job Card while receiving the car.
*. The client informed about the issue the day car was received by him. Their supervisor got the car picked up after ** days after following ups to verify the issue.
*. They didn't own responsibility & didn't fix it. Reason being the car had some water on the floor. Which 'can' be a reason the boot is not working. Really?
*. While returning the car their driver meets with a small accident. He informs the client about it. But what can the client eventually do? Will they pay? Don't think so.
*. On complaining their higher authority didn't even call the customer or try to verify what customer is saying. More than * days after complaining.
*. Decide if anyone should give the car to this brand?
*. The service cost ****, parts damaged worth Rs. ****.
