Muthoot Finance Ltd - Gold is not returning by the company

Dear Concern,
I have running a gold loan no MDL-** in your organization,
I had visited in your kotdwar branch in **** for taking loan but due to shortage of local I'd proof the branch staff Mr brij mohan has completed the formalities in the name of mr jamuna Prasad that was not in my knowledge.
I have visited several times from last more than one year to your kotdwar branch for closure of my loan, but not done till date. I have some receipts of the intrest payment which I have payed.
Request for your support I need my gold back as soon as possible.
