Myntra - Gold coin not delivered

I had purchased a Kalyan jewellers *gm gold coin on ** th Dec,** which was supposed to be delivered by *nd Jan,** but I was waiting till **th Jan for it to be delivered and calling the customer care everyday to get the order status. I was being told to wait for ** hours each time. After getting frustrated due to multiple attempts, I decided to post online about my grievance on social media platforms and got a call from Myntra examination desk. I got an assurance that my issue will be resolved within **-** hours and again I obliged to fall into their trap. Today on **th January morning, I got a call that my order is getting cancelled and refund will be processed even after not accepting the resolution.
