I had canceled the tickets on **th March **** (before the Covid rules became applicable) by calling the Air India Help desk, but I have not received the eligible refund yet.
I am following up with the GoIbibo team since March **** but they have been saying that the process is stuck at Air India Level.
I followed up with Air India as well and they are saying talk with Goibibo, I am stuck in between the two without any resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
