Goibbio Group - Goibibo not refunding

Booking number GOMUPKGINT****A*****, from hyderabad to Ho Chi Minh City (Connecting flight from Delhi). Booking date around *th Feb ****, travel date ** April ****. total amount *****, we got refund of ***** for Hyderbad to Delhi indigo flight but didnt got the refund for Delhi to Ho chi Minh City flight vietjet INR *****. After multiple follow-up the goibibo are saying airline policy refund not possible When flight didnt operated due to complete lockdown, why they will not reimbues? where as my friends got refund from same flight and same date and time. but there is no one to speak about this as customer care number not working. i got an response from Vietjet on *th March: Dear Sir/Madam,
Booking number T****U had been refunded money to account of the agency since **Oct****. Please kindly contact to the agency where you bought your ticket - BEIJING LITTLE DRAGONFLY AIRLINE SERVICE CO., LTD - to further check.
