Hi , we have ordered Godrej AC from Flipkart and post delivery, installation was scheduled couple of days later. During installation the technician told that the copper was missing and to raise a complaint through Flipkart. We were told initially that there will be no replacement but refund can be given. This refund was rejected * times with no resolution. In *rd time we were told to submit the GST bill of the missing part to get refund. We said it was missed from seller and he should refund it and we will not buy without refund. Later we asked fro replacement of whole order which was later rejected but we were assured that issue will be taken care but to no effect. On complaining again we asked for return of the product. This time we were told it will be resolved but same keeps repeating again. Complaint gets closed everytime with no resolution. This is been happening since the order was delivered on Sep ** ****.
