*) I Shridhar Moharil and my wife Mrs Tushr Moharil, had booked Pune-Nagpur GoFirst air ticket with following details:
GoFirst Flight no. G*-*** ; Booking ID- EMT********* Dtd **.**.** ; GoFirst PNR - QYBGVJ ; ( Please refer attachment-*.)
*) GoFirst announced that all their said flights have been cancelled from *rd May** to *th May ** and even thereafter. ( Please refer attachment-*.)
*) I Shridhar Moharil and my wife Mrs Tushr Moharil submitted the said ticket cancellation request thru EaseMyTrip. ( Please refer attachment-*.)
*) We received an email from GoFirst Refund Team that the requested refund has been processed and that they will refund the amount of Rs ****/- to the Travel agent EaseMyTrip , within * working days from the date of the Email that is **.**.**. ( Please refer attachment-*.)
*) We have not received any refund from EaseMyTrip till date.
We request EaseMyTrip to clarify the present status and confirm when we shall get the refund.
