Hi we booked our trip via Travel Triangle for Goa - * Rooms for * Night, ** Dec **** Check-In and * Jan **** checkout. We paid ***% payment ** days before. Details attached. Still, when we reach Hotel at ** am, we did not get rooms and we got the message that rooms are not booked. After giving threatening to FIR launch, we got rooms at evening *.** PM. Our entire day got wasted. Need to do ** calls to the agent and Ashwini Sharma (Travel Triangle). Worst experience of life. Travel Triangle should pay for this trip after giving such the worst experience. Planning to go to consumer forums and social media for the same. Ashish Shrivastava **********
