GO WARRANTY SERVICES LLP - go warranty Service failure

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Chinmay Shah respectfully submit this complaint against Go Warranty for deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practice.
I purchased a television warranty policy from Go Warranty bearing Receipt #:GW_*D*E*FB***A* on **/ **/**** During the valid policy period, my television developed a fault and I raised a service claim with the company.
My claim was rejected stating that incorrect photos were uploaded. However, the company failed to inform me clearly about which specific photos were required. Despite contacting their support team multiple times, I was not properly guided.
After receiving rejection information, I immediately uploaded the correct photos along with a video as required. Even after full compliance, Go Warranty again denied my claim without valid justification and refused to provide service or repair.

The actions of Go Warranty amount to:

Deficiency in service

Lack of transparency and proper communication

Unfair trade practice

Mental harassment and financial loss to the consumer

Due to their unjust behavior, I have suffered inconvenience, stress, and loss despite holding a valid warranty.

Relief Sought:
I respectfully request the Hon’ble Authority to:

Direct Go Warranty to approve my warranty claim immediately, or

Provide repair/replacement/refund as per policy terms

Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience

Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice
