GO WARRANTY SERVICES LLP - Refund Not Given from 6 months

I have purchased a warranty plan for Mixer Grinder from them, On a unfortunate occasion, the mixer got fault, have raised a ticket with Go Warranty, they have asked for estimation, and they approved the estimation and given written approval to do repairs, repairs is done, i have submitted the invoice, they have approved the invoice but they didn't give the refund for it, and no proper replies on email/phone, have followed their grievance matrix till level *, even the level * CEO Sameer Shaikh is not responding on email and call, and blocked my number as well.

They have only given the approvals and told to do the repairs and now they are not giving the refund.

I have been following up on every mode of channel with them from last * months.
