Go Air Airlines - Go Air FlightJune Flight cancelled by Airline but Not Refunding Money

My Name is Akash Malik. This email might be long but please read it so that you can understand the problems I am facing with GoAir.

I have booked a flight from DEL to BLR on *-June with PNR SFN*KE. Go Air canceled this flight I got an email regarding that and that is attached below. I have been told to call on **** **** ***/*** ********, but none of them is reachable since *-June-****. I was not able to book GoAir flight the same day/next day/ previous day, because of unreachability to the contact numbers given to me. Since then I have sent several emails for a refund and tried reaching overcall several times but no luck. Below are my request numbers for each email I sent from *-June to *-june:

I wrote to Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority of GoAir but they are also not responding to my query.

For each email request, I have been told by Go Air that one representative will call you, but I never got any call.
My **** rs got stuck and I was not able to travel during this situation to hometown. Till now this is a bad experience with Go Air Flight Cancellation and not Refunding my money. Yesterday I was able to connect to one agent over GoAir call support but he disconnected the call as I was not expecting a coupon for traveling by GoAir within one year and I was asking for a refund of my money. Looks like a scam is going on, first get booking for your flight then cancel it and tell your customers to accept coupons to travel with GoAir within one year.

I have booked this flight via EaseMyTrip (Booking ID: EMT********). I tried to cancel this flight via EaseMyTrip to get a full refund but they said Go Air denied to give a full refund.

I don't know why these companies doing this during this typical time. I hope you understood the problem and hope to get a reply soon.
