I got the confirmation from GoAir the day before travel that flight got canceled and I will be refunded with the amount. However, till date I did not receive the refund My flight got canceled on March ** ****. Previous ticket raised with Go Air customer care : G*-********, G*-********, G*-********. I tried Contacting their customer for past two months either it will be cut or it will unanswered more than ** minutes. I have written follow up email and there is no reply whatsoever.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
