Ordered a flower and cake to thrissur on **th feb **** as birthday gift....* days past...item is not delivered and no one is updating on it

I didn’t get my order. They are not taking calls from customers. They are frauds. Surely the higher authorities should take action against them.

I ordered flowers from flowerapp & paid **** rs but all it showed that there is high volume of orders & flowers that were supposed to arrive between *-**pm never delivered.
