I can pay using goggle pay
But it can't be delivered on tym or not refunded my money

I ordered the combo pack of rs **** on **th april ..hence order was not delivered to that location and money was deducted hence I called several times but still its not refunded in my account
I didn’t get my order. They are not taking calls from customers. They are frauds. Surely the higher authorities should take action against them.
I ordered flowers from flowerapp & paid **** rs but all it showed that there is high volume of orders & flowers that were supposed to arrive between *-**pm never delivered.
I had ordered cake and gift on April ** Still it's not delivered , when I ask for refund ,they just say it will be delivered, now it more then * months.
They did not deliver the ordered flower (bookey). They even denied to refund it back by saying we can not deliver and we can not even refund it. It's a loss of total *** rupees.
