I have been promised with an offer of surveillance camera if I renew my broadband connection for * months and make a payment of Rs. ****/-

Have trusted completely and made the payment on time. Its been * months had done the payment but till not haven't received the gift voucher offered.

I have been calling helpdesk almost everyday but the only answer i am getting is "our technician will get back to you by tomorrow " which never happened. Sometimes the helpdesk even forwarded my calls to other team which they never picked.
