Dear Voxya Team,
I would like to file a formal complaint against Blinkit regarding a recent order (Order ID: ORD*********) placed on **th April ****. One item worth ₹*** was missing from the delivery.
I raised the issue immediately through their support channels—both in-app and via email—and even contacted them multiple times on X (formerly Twitter). However, more than ** days have passed and there has been no resolution. Their team continues to respond with vague messages like “we are looking into it” and “we will get back in ** hours,” but no follow-up ever comes. It feels like I’m being completely ignored.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I am seeking Voxya’s support in getting my rightful refund of ₹*** and holding Blinkit accountable for their poor service and negligence.
