Hathway Broadband Internet - Getting repeated calls to recharge my closed connection

I am getting repeated calls from Hathway to recharged my already closed connection. The connection was closed in February. Now the company executives have started threatening me that they will file a complaint against me for misbehaving with them. Hathway has crossed all limits of harassing me.
