Hi Team,
I bought an office chair online worth ****/- Rs from Pepperfry.com in Mar **** which had a * year warranty. The product has proved to be of poor quality and the back of the chair broke just within * months. I have tried reaching out to Pepperfry customer care and they have refused even a repair of the product (forget about refund) in spite of the product being under warranty. The reason given by the Pepperfry Resolution team was DAMAGE DUE TO USAGE which looks a bit vague unless Pepperfry is expecting customers to bubble wrap the products purchased from Pepperfry and not use it completely.
Would appreciate if Voxya Team can extend their support in getting refund / replacement from Pepperfry.com
