I ordered red Tape shoes from Myntra I was happy using them. But after * months of use it's adhesive connecting soul and cushioned cloth got detached. There is gap in there. Like in CROCS if it gets damaged for any sole they use to fix it or change the product as a same way i want that they should fix my shoes properly or exchange it with new one.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
