Redtape - Refund not received

I had ordered a women purple sneakers from redtape official website. The product was delivered but had size issues so i decided to return it . Picked up done from my house but I didn’t get single penny of my refund amount. I raised the complaint using email of redtape but disappointed. No response at all. There mobile no. is also not active.
