Touchver Com - Get Different And Half Order

Hi, I have ordered some products from the website name: touchver.com. That is COD, and I have ordered * pieces of tankini swimsuits. I got it, but when i opened that I found one upper wear only. After checking that I go at the contact us page and contact them via mail , they didn't reply also go for the return link also there was a not any action. I heard about this website on Instagram, I checked the sponsored page and there are several comments that they did the same to many people. They are a fraud. This is not the matter of *** rs but if they did to many people they need to pay penalty for the same. I need refund and compensation for that and others too.
