Touchver Com - Wrong order received

I received my order #**** on *nd November, ****, but the contents of the package are not the ones I ordered on the Touchver.com website. I had ordered :
*. Tropical Pineapple Leaf Lace-up Cropped Top - M x *
*. Striped Ribbed Cross Lace-up Top - M × *
But instead, I've received a sports bra, which doesn't even match the designs/images I chose from their website. Also the package contained only * item instead of *, and had cardboard pieces filled inside it. Also my total COD amount as mentioned in the email as well as on the package was Rs.***.**, but the delivery guy charged me Rs. ***. This is highly incorrect and unprofessional on their part. They have not been replying to any of my emails or return requests.

I ordered for a leopard print bra. But the item that came in the package was a cheap, low quality top which I didn't even order. I want my money back. They fooled me. I want my money refunded.

I ordered * bikini sets and I received a third grade quality t-shirt. There is no bill, no invoice. I checked for customer care number, return address but nothing is there.
