Xiaomi India - Get apps error when i login for checkin coins the customer support also talking irresponsibly

They replied as "due to lot of activity in ur acc. It was disabled, please keep it idle for few days"

Its been ** days crossed they didn't come up with a solution. Even there is activity of only downloading apps and check in of coins. When i approached the customer support they didn't said any solution.

I wanna file a complaint about * issues.

*. Wrong information provided for this type of issue in the app, so IPC sec *** (attached screenshot)

*. They didn't given any notice or warning before the account disability (omission of notice) IPC sec. ***

*. Some apps like vidmate (which are omitted from playstore for copying personal information & violation of terms) are still access from the get apps and some chinese apps too.

*. Some fraud games are introduced into the get apps, which you will never win anything but just for time and data waste for consuming personal info.

*. My ** days time had wasted with the customer support contacting frequently but no solution from their side.

*. Even if we mail them, they'll didn't come with the accurate solution.

I request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible.

As this is not only me who affected. It was for the people who bought xiaomi phones in india (more than *.* million units using in india)
