*) My Mivi collor had a problem so I claimed the warranty and they gave me the replacement for the same.
*) The replacement which I received was faulty too so again I claimed warranty and they took my product back and said they will check the product and revert back.
*) I received *nd piece faulty too so I emailed the company and said instead of replacing my product again please exchange my product with mivi collor *(which is an new model of collor) so to that mail they reverted product/colour exchange is not allowed so didn’t bother them again.
*) After * week or more I receive a mail saying black/blue colour is not available so we have shipped red colour(which I personally don’t like).
*)I’m writing them mail repeatedly regarding this but they are just responding saying (we are sorry for the inconvenience caused please use the product)
*) I told them to exchange my product they said it is not allowed then howcome they are sending me different colour? They might ask what would like to do?
*) It’s been a month and I have been waiting too long so now I have decided to claim refund I don’t want their any products.
