Dear sir,
Greetings of the day.
Last month on **th. September I booked my log gas through phone, and on ** September I got a message on my mobile that your cylinder was delivered but I can't receive any cylinder from Sai Siddhi bharat gas agency, regarding this I called to agency and he told me now days have gas shortage so please wait, then I called to customer services regarding gas but still I can't get gas cylinder or any satisfied reply. Howker charging always ** ruppee extra as delivery charge on every delivery, can it's right.i am requesting you to please solve my problem so I can receive my gas timely. All the time sending sms that your gas was delivered but sending after ** or ** days.
