Bharat Gas Agency - Gas Cylinder not delivered

We have booked bharat gas cylinder as on **/**/**** and it was not yet delivered and when i try to book again it is showing that the time between two cylinder is more than ** days ,it means my cylinder is delivered to some other person and i also got subsidy amount as refund for cylinder which was not mine,now i want i need cylinder and no body is answering my request
