Mngl - Gas connection not yet connected even we paid full amount nt amount

We applied for a new connection a year ago but have yet to receive a gas connection;
we have the BP No:******** on file (** Sep ****). but received no news on it.
According to your commitment, everything should be completed within ** days after payment.
