Npc filed complaint against Meesho on Jan 19, 2023
Meesho has sent cut pieces of clothes. Is there not a quality check in place for the items or for onboarding sellers.
How can such items be sent to customers? I was aghast just looking at what I saw.
I haven't received a single call from Meesho on this issue since the complaint was registered. Neither is there a timeline for resolution of complaints. They're using the tactic to delay resolution of customer issues.
In the meantime, they've asked to cancel the return of this product and has not given clarification on what needs to be done. The worst platform to purchase. Better to pay a few bucks extra for peace of mind. Uninstall the app for peace of mind.
