Flipkart.com - Garbage Deliver to me at Brand New Cost Twice (Wrong and Used Product Delivered)

this is my second post to let people know, please beware shopping with flip kart, if you are lucky will received product if got stuck somewhere there is no one for you.. so called best seller flip kart...????

my case summary

booked my order on **th oct with order id-od****************** (mezire airsofa cum bed pvc * seater inflatable sofa (color - black) pvc * seater inflatable sofa (color - black)

it was such a pathetic experience that i have with flip kart,no one cares about order,nothing systematic here.just want your money and nothing else,world class service has been changed in to *rd class service.no customer care and nothing.

after booked my order i received garbage and used product by flip kart it not happened once while twice happened with me and i am still struggling to get it resolve where no one care about anything.

please beware.. garbage are selling here on brand new cost.

after receiving first garbage delivery requested for replacement,my replacement id:
******************** its all done after limit less efforts of mine may be in some case you have to go through this mental trauma as well,this is just because of you just purchased something from so called best seller and no- * (e-commerce site) which i dont believe at all now.

even in replacement i received used and garbage product,after doing complaint for same nothing happened till yet and in these days i am busy calling customer care of flip kart where they have nothing to advise me and they are pretty scripted,so no use for customer those who are looking for resolution. i spoiled my a lot of time in last ** days.

now i got refund id:******************** which a number for me nothing happening, flip kart is just a name remains now,company is running by seller's those who are there to cheat people as i have been betrayed twice in last ** days,here in flip kart word commitment has been extincted,no one knows about it and no values of customers.

now in these days they occupied me on the name of resolution team, and its really interesting that escalation team always tried to get in touch with me but unable to do so.and i keep chasing them whole day. i regret now why i made my purchase with flip kart (very disappointed) and suffering badly due to these fake commitments.absolute disaster for me.

escalation team response will resolve case by *nd nov,next day response of escalation team will resolve by *rd nov and today's response is will resolve by *th nov..lack of intention to resolve customer issue.


please come to shop flip kart if you want to purchase garbage at brand new cost.. worst shopping experience please avoid.
