I ordered a dining table in royaloak on **st sep **** and paid **** rupees as advance. They didn't give or proper printed invoice ..but I have handwritten bill with royaloak seal. They asked to wait till sep **, I have been following them since then got no proper response. Customer care is pathetic .. sales executive says he will update on the stock consignmnent, but I never got a call. When I talked about refund he disconnected the call.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
