Nice Maple - Furniture not delivered

I have ordered * beds and * side tables from Nice maple on **th Nov **** with an upfront payment of Rs. ******, based on the promise that the products would be delivered by end of November as there was a family function for which these were needed. Unfortunately the products were never delivered and everytime, I contacted the customer care they keep harassing me by making new excuses and promise new dates. It’s been * months but the product is still not delivered and the company is still making different excuses. Multiple other customers are having the same experience which proves that the company has been running a scam. This whole incident has put me in a really difficult situation has my family members currently do not have beds to sleep on and I am unable to order from other places since Nice Maple is refusing to refund me. It is resulted in a severe financial and mental drain for me as the company has put me through a really difficult time.
