Sir,
Full cancellation amount is not refunded as the company gave me wrong invoice showing less amount( ****.**) than what i had paid (Rs ****.**).
Hence, when i cancelled my train ticket PNR no- **********, i recieved only Rs **** instead of Rs **** which i was supposed to recieve.
Kindly return my money back as this is pure loot in corona times especially from a person who has been a loyal customer for * years.
