Debadutta Das filed complaint against IRCTC and SBI on Feb 5, 2020
While booking a train ticket in IRCTC on **th January ****, the transaction failed due to some issue with IRCTC server/SBI server. Later the amount is refunded but *% transaction fe and GST is not refunded (Rs **). IRCTC is asking to contact bank and bank is asking to contact IRCTC. As per IRCTC, bank has taken the money so SBI should return and BANK is saying since it is a transaction where money is credited to IRCTC account they cant refund the transaction charge. Then why should I suffer in this issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
