Souradeep Dey filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jan 29, 2020
My Booking ID NF**************.
Flight booked in Air India through MMT on **th feb,****, got cancelled by the airline itself due to operational reason.
As per Air India I am eligible for full refund and they also transferred the full amount to MMT as per Air India record as on **th,January.
But MMT is still denying to transfer my full payment stating illogical reasons.
Please look in to the matter.
