Back in **** I registered on dhani for dhani one freedom card ,they took subscription fee in advance I paid that and got a limit for ***** ,which i needed for emergency for paying back laon and some other personal reason thats why i took that card and when you use card you have to pay the taken amount in * installment per month ,and first installment has to be paid instantly at the same time time when you use limit, so I started using that , I used my limit * times in ** days and paid all my first installment and totally i used **** rs only and in which i paid **** as first installment so rest remaining amount was only **** which is had to pay in two installment in next two months ,then instantly their service stopped dhani freedom card service were stopped in January **** and for the rest of the month I was unable to use my limit for what they already charged, I couldn't use my full limit which is paid for than i tried they customer support, mail everything but even their executives had no idea why I am unable to use my limit and they did not tell that services had stopped .now after * years they are asking for full * months subscription fees and they had put *% interest on EMI for past * years that is almost the double amount of the remaining EMI plus subscription charges ,they are asking me to pay ****/- to clear all dues and they already had negativity impacted my credit report badly ,and I am ready to pay what i used but they are saying it will in settlement if I pay that amount only ,So either I should pay full amount or they will keep on impacting my credit and they had already filed a case in some court ,so basically first they did not deliver what they promised and if there services were closed how can they ask for subscription fee which no one could use and if services were closed they should have told me that just pay your rest amount i was ready to pay that but they want full amount now they are harresing me for court and putting me in depression. So help me and tell me what should I do .and I paid for subscription fee for full credit limit either they should give me that so that I could have used it for the purpose for which i took that credit limit.but They had already made very bad impact on my cibil and from past these years they did nothing but instantly they started doing all this from October. And I am just willing to pay what i used ,I want either my full credit limit or my subscription fee back and why should I pay for next two months fees when service is closed
