Fth Daily - FTH daily not refunded wallet amount

I have **** rupees in FTH Daily wallet. I do not want to make any new orders from FTH Daily. So I decided to get back my money from FTH wallet. I contacted their customer support number but not reachable. I sent a mail to their customer support. No response received.
