I faced very horrible experience from Ola driver even with OLA CRM.
As me and my family were traveling by ola on **th October **** **:** pm from Borivali to Khar. we forgot our * bag in the cab were * newly purchased speaker inside the bag with other food item.
Now here we are struggling to connect with driver to collect our belongings, he first insured us that he will check and get back to us, but when we tried to connect with him in next couple of minutes he directly disconnected our calls and then switched off the number..when I raised the complaint for left my belonging in cab, the OLA support services declared that the complaint is resolved without any investigation and before taking any confirmation from us.
As per our discussion with driver and his response towards our concern we thought our bag is stolen.
Is this way to resolve customer complaints by OLA ??????????
